2009 Ried Seeberg Riesling halbtrocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Preserved and partly candied stone fruit and pomaceous fruit on the nose, light herbs and spices. Fairly juicy, sweetish fruit on the palate, some tobacco, herbaceous and mineral notes, very elegant acidity, fairly persistent with good grip, full-bodied, not particularly deep, slightly astringent tannins on an otherwise good finish.
