Translate to English Straffer, noch etwas unruhiger, leicht kräuteriger und hefiger Duft mit Zitrusaromen, Steinobst, einem Hauch Speck und schwarzbeerigen Nuancen, etwas gelber Würze und Mineralik. Fest gewirkte, recht saftige Frucht mit kräuterigen bis krautigen und hefigen Noten, lebendige Säure, ein wenig Kandis am Gaumen, rotbeerige Töne, leichter Griff von reifem Gerbstoff, mineralische Noten, sehr guter, straffer, saftiger Abgang mit Biss und Griff.
