Feste, saftige, süßliche Frucht mit Griff und kräuteriger Würze, etwas Hefe, lebendige Säure und mürb-sandiger Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, angedeutet schwarzbeerig, deutliche Mineralik, recht griffiger und saftiger, auch wieder ein wenig süßlicher Abgang.
