Translate to English Herbe, säuerliche, etwas grün-vegetabile und erdige Nase nach schwarzen Beeren und ein wenig Kirschen mit pfeffrigen Nuancen. Kühle, herbe und wieder säuerliche Frucht mit deutlich vegetabilen Aromen, feinsandiges, ein wenig trocknendes Tannin, holzige Anklänge, leicht spröde am Gaumen, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und etwas Biss, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang mit trocknend-holzigen Noten.
