2018 Hattenheim Rheingarten Riesling Spätlese feinherb "einPS", Rheingau, Germany

Slightly muted nose, light vegetal, delicate floral and mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit aromas. Fairly tranquil, light fruit on the palate, yeasty, vegetal and prominent mineral notes, elegant acidity, noticeable, slightlysandy and astringent tannins, slightl persistent, hint of rosemary in the background, some grip and depth, acid bite on a good to very good finish.
