Smoked bacon and some dried mushrooms on the nose, light earthy and toasted notes, preserved mixed berries and plums, peppery traces, hint of mustard seed. Ripe juicy fruit on the palate, very slightly jammy, prominent smoked bacon, some dried mushrooms, lots of umami, salty and peppery traces in the background, earthy notes and some oak, light acid bite, slightly astringent tannins, creamy and warm, vegetal traces on a good to very good finish.
