Fairly polished nose, spicy oak, ripe, predominantly black berries, spicy notes, some juniper and dried herbs. Clear, ripe, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, still youthful, nutty oak, herbaceous notes, persistent, fine youthful tannins, hint of tobacco, mineral notes in the background, slightly spicy, still undeveloped, some bite, herbs and spices as well as salty notes on a very good juicy, still very slightly astringent finish.
