2014 trocken Vulcano, Burgenland, Austria

Fairly tart nose, dried herbaceous and vegetal notes, hint of tobacco, black and a few red berries, some cherries and a whiff of pomegranate, juniper, dried floral traces. Ripe, polished, tart juicy fruit on the palate, light oak with some tobacco and dark chocolate, swmoky traces, earthy and salty mineral notes in the background, tarry traces, some peppery notes and dried mushrooms, fairly firm structure, still undeveloped, fairly cool style, very good tart finish.
