Vegetal and light nutty notes on the nose, restrainedyellow and green fruit, delicate floral aromas. Restrained, very tart fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, delicate nutty and yeasty aromas, trouch of elderflower, elegant acidity, moderate tannic grip, fairly persistent, hint of aromatic bitter notes, light earthy and mineral notes, some grip on a good to very good firm finish.
