Auch im Mund straff, glasklar und zupackend, feinsaftige Frucht mit pflanzlicher Würze, lebendige, dabei sehr feine Säure, viel kühle Mineralik am Gaumen, durchgezeichnet, gute Tiefe, sehr lang.
