Translate to English Sehr mineralischer, kräuteriger Duft nach Äpfeln und Birnen mit zarten Melonentönen und einem Hauch Gemüse. Kühl und dabei recht saftig im Mund, feine, verspielte Säure, herb-nussige Würze, leichter Gerbstoff, gute Substanz, sehr nachhaltig, besitzt Schmelz und einiges an Tiefe, harmonisch, wenn auch eine Spur rau im Abgang, sehr gute Länge mit mineralischen, kräuterigen und leicht pfeffrigen Tönen.
