Translate to English Sehr fester, nich verschlossen wirkender, mineralischer und pflanzlich-würziger Duft mit Noten von Äpfeln und etwas weißem Gemüse. Sehr kräftig im Mund, glasklare Frucht und viel Schmelz, nussige und an Trockenkräuter erinnernde Würze im Hintergrund, sehr feine Säure, kompakter Bau, tief und nachhaltig am Gaumen, fast mächtige Art, noch ganz jung, mineralisches Fundament, sehr lang. Sollte etwas reifen.
