2015 Iphofen Julius-Echter-Berg Riesling trocken Erste Lage, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, firm, polished nose, citrus aromas, elegant vegetal and herbaceous notes, floral traces and prominent tart earthy and mineral notes. Clear, tart, juicy, polished fruit on the palate, firm and persistent, taut, elegant acidity, more elegant vegetal aromas, yeasty traces, prominent earthy and mineral notes, firm grip, still young, some depth, very good finish. Give it some time to mature.
