2016 Weißburgunder trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Firm yeasty nose, mineral and light nutty notes, pomaceous fruit, hint of dried flowers. Ripe, juicy, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, light yeasty tounch, fresh vegetal and herbaceous notes, delicate hint of white pepper, lively, very elegant acidity, persistent, still largely undeveloped, light salty mineral notes in the background, more light yeasty notes on a fairly juicy, very good, delicately sweetish and creamy finish.
