2017 Iphofen Scheurebe trocken VDP.Ortswein, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Reductive nose, light nutty and floral notes, pomaceous and stone fruit, herbs, citrus and earthy notes. Tart but also creamy fruit on the palate, elegant, refreshing acidity, floral and vegetal notes in the background, light mineral notes, hint of green asparagus on a good finish.
