Translate to English Zitrusduft mit Apfel- und Steinobstnoten, grasig-kräuterigen Aromen, etwas Mineralik und ein wenig Holunder. Süßliche, kräuterwürzige Frucht im Mund, lebendige, feine Säure und etwas Kohlensäure, florale und an Holunder erinnernde Töne, gute Nachhaltigkeit und relativ viel Schmelz am Gaumen, hat auch Griff, etwas Wärme, der Restzucker ist zwar eher moderat, wird aber durch den reifen Stil noch betont, recht deutliche Mineralik, sehr guter Abgang.
