Fairly firm nose, tart vegetal and herbaceous notes, reminiscent of stinging nettle, white and green fruit aromas, touch of elderflower, mineral notes. Clear fruit on the palate, tart green vegetal aromas, light touch of elderflower, lively acidity, yeasty, nutty and mineral notes, good persistence, some acid bite on a good to very good, fairly firm finish.
