Clear, cool, fresh, planty and slightly floral nose with light yellow fruity aromas and mineral notes. Very bright, tangy-juicy fruit, fine, lively acidity, vegetable, yeasty and floral nuances, clear, again bright minerality, persistent, still a little closed, despite hardly any residual sugar, somewhat sweetish enamel, tighter, tart, juicy and chalky-salty finish with draught. Takes time
