Ripe, tart, concentrated fruit on the palate, earthy and nutty notes, some old oak, smoky traces, some dark chocolate, persistent, medium body, slightly spicy with some dried herbs, some depth, tannins partly integrated, but partly still slightly astringent, elegant bite, hint of bacon, very good tart, juicy, smoky, salty finish. Needs time to mature.
