Slightly smoky nose, flinty notes,burnt matches, sesame, some citrus fruit, oranges and grapefruit, bergamotte, hint of bacon, becomes cooler with aeration. Lively, fresh and quite purustic on the palate, tart, fairly cool fruit, well structured with grippy tannins, stimulating spice, vegetal notes with thyme, sage and parsley, precise and focused, salty finish. Needs some aeration.
