2007 Forst Jesuitengarten Riesling Spätlese trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Translate to English Mineralische und etwas erdig-vegetabile, eher herbe Nase moit Zitrus- und Steinobstnoten sowie leicht bleistiftartigen Tönen. Im Mund eine Mischung aus herber, wieder teisl erdiger, teils an Bleistifte erinnernder Würze und zart süßlicher Frucht, recht feine, präsente Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, hat Kraft und Biss, deutliche Mineralik, leichter Gerbstoff, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, wenn auch eine Spur rauer Abgang mit hertber Würze. Hat sich gut gemacht.
