Translate to English Leicht gereifte, eher ruhige Nase nach eingemachtem Kernobst und etwas gedörrten Südfrüchten mit erdigen Tönen. Feine, süßliche, teils eingemachte, teils kandierte Südfrucht, dazu kräuterige Noten und ein wenig Zitrus, passende, reife Säure, nicht ewig tief und etwas rustikal, eine Spur Karamell im ordentlichen bis guten Abgang.
