2014 Burrweiler Schäwer Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Firm and quite deep, slightly developed, clearly herbaceous-herbal and a little floral scent with delicate waxy, charcoal and petrol notes. Ripe, quite juicy, sweetish fruit, herbal to herbaceous and a little floral tones, fine acidity, stony minerality, again wax and a touch of petrol, good persistence, moderate, suggestively sandy tannin, very good, again somewhat sweetish, but also herbaceous-vegetable and mineral finish.
