Firm and quite complex, clearly herbal-vegetal and floral citrus-pome fruit scent with mineral tones, nutty hints, a touch of pepper and minerality. Taut, almost cool, juicy, not quite dry fruit, aromas reminiscent of hazelnuts and again clearly planty to herbal aromas, persistent, certain acid bite and fine tannic notes, minerality in the background, a hint of smoke, very good, firm, again slightly sweet and a hint of warm finish. In first-class condition - much more convincing than the two previous samples.

Editor note: Tart nose, slightly muted, still yeasty, prominent vegetal notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, earthy notes and some root vegetables. Fairly tart on the palate, noticeably bitter vegetal notes, fairly prominent acidit,y, some substance and persistence, slightly astringent, some more root vegetables, very slightly sweetish and creamy, buttery traces, grippy, good tart finish with some rubbery notes.

Editor note: Translate to English Feiner, leicht holzwürziger und nussiger Duft nach Zitrusfrüchten und Kernobst mit floralen und erdigen Nuancen. Saftig und kühl im Mund, blanchierte Mandeln, Salzzitronen und Thaibasilikum, mineralischer Unterbau, feine Säure, am Gaumen feiner Gerbstoff-Griff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, recht animierend, aber auch eher zitronig, eher leiser Stil, nicht ewig tief, guter bis sehr guter, ganz leicht trocknender Abgang.
