Slightly tart herbaceous nose, red berries and cherries, hint of spicy oak, mineral traces. Clear, ripe, elegant, juicy, polished fruit on the palate, touch of smoky oak, light acid bite, spicy traces and a hint of bacon, still undeveloped, salty and peppery notes, persistent, some depth, fairly full-bodied, very good firm, juicy, spice finish. Needs some time to develop.
