2017 Hainfeld Riesling VDP.Ortswein trocken Granit, Pfalz, Germany

Nose still noticeably reductive, vegetal, herbaceous and mineral notes, cool, light yellow fruit, hint of bacon, touch of green beans, bell peppers and more prominent mineral notes. Light, slightly juicy fruit on the palate, green vegetal and herbaceous aromas, yeasty traces, more prominent mineral notes, elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide some grip, persistent, still young, still very slightly muted, good to very good, fairly tart finish.
