Golden yellow. Deep, firm and complex fragrance with yellow fruity and yellow-spicy aromas, yeast, almond-nutty tones, floral notes, a touch of dried fruit and minerality. Very firm, tangy-juicy, cool fruit, yeasty, yellow-spicy, planty and floral aromas, lively, very fine acidity, persistent, lots of grip, certain enamel, multi-layered and substantial, despite the low alcohol content, good depth, enormous minerality that becomes more and more intense with air, a little candied fruit, very good to long, tangy-juicy, firm, complex finish with bite. Gains weight over days
