Editor note: Green-gold colour. Very firm, deep nose, prominent yeasty as well as nutty notes, cool ripe citrus fruit, stone and pomaceous fruit, whiff of dried herbs, olive oil, hint of yellow spice, acacia blossoms and intense mineral notes. Firm, ripe, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, light nutty aromas, yellowspice, smoky traces, prominent yeasty notes, very elegant acidity, very creamy, but also has grip, concentrated, deep and persistent, quite complex, still young and largely undeveloped, full-bodied, but also has finesse, elegant vegetal notes in the background, hint of caramel, prominent mineral notes, very good long, creamy, spicy finish. Will mature very well.
