Deep, complex nose, still slightly yeasty, dried vegetal and floral notes, ripe, partly dried and candied yellow fruit, touch of yellow spice, some fresh flowers and mineral notes. Ripe, very juicy fruit on the palate, sweetish and creamy, but also has prominent tart spicy notes, nutty, yeasty and dried floral aromas, very elegant acidity, noticeable integrated tannins, concentrated, good substance, persistent, complex and deep, still young, noticeable mineral notes in the background, some sugar candy, smoky traces, hint of bacon, firm grip, some more tart yellow spice
