Earthy and vegetal notes on the nose, slightly muted yellow fruit, delicate nutty aromas, yeasty traces, light mineral traces. Slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, vegetal aromas, slightly creamy, floral notes, touch of sugar candy, hint of red berries in the background, slightly persistent, delicate bite and salty traces, sweetish, fresh, juicy finish.
