Firm, cool nose, yeasty. floral and vegetal notes, yellow fruit, hint of mushrooms, smoky traces, prominent mineral notes. Firm, tart, cool fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, light vegetal, herbaceous and floral notes, nutty traces, elegant acid bite, some grip, persistent, good substance, prominent mineral notes, still largely undeveloped, some depth, more yeasty, vegetal and mineral notes on a very good, cool, tart, juicy finish.
