Light yellow spice on the nose, partly candied and dried yellow fruit, dried floral notes, hint of tobacco, earthy and mineral notes. Firm, tart fruit on the palate, yellow spice, vegetal and floral notes, hint of tobacco, light peppery notes, elegant, fairly lively acidity, noticeable tannic grip, good substance and persistence, prominent ethereal notes, salty mineral notes in the background, quite compliex, still young, some depth, very good, firm, gripping, tart, juicy, spicy finish.
