Cool vegetal nose, citrus and pomaceous fruit, yeasty traces, light mineral notes. Clear, juicy, polished fruit on the palate, yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, creamy, light acid bite, integrated tannins, good persistence, a lot of substance, considering the low alcohol level, some depth, refreshing grip, prominent nutty aromas, delicate floral traces, slightly sweetish on a very good, elegant, spicy, juicy finish.
