2018 Grüner Veltliner trocken Horizont, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Nose still slightly reductive, delicate yeasty and elegant vegetal aromas, pomaceous fruit, light nutty and floral aromas, hint of yellow spice, fairly prominent mineral notes, light oak. Ripe, juicy, creamy fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, some yellow spice, nutty and mineral notes, very elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide appealing grip, floral notes in the background, some mushrooms and lentils, still young, good substance and persistence, quite complex, some depth, becomes more creamy with aeration, very good, lively, tart, juicy, gripping finish. Enjoyable wine.
