Firm, distinctly yeasty and yellow-spicy fragrance with nutty and slightly fungal aromas, vegetable and floral tones, minerality and ripe yellow fruit. Ripe, juicy and spicy, dry fruit, a lot of yeast, some smoke and nutty aromas, slightly floral and planty, has grip, good substance and persistence, still undeveloped, spicy tones, relatively dark, somewhat earthy minerality, very good finish
