2015 Niederhausen Hermannshöhle Riesling Spätlese, Nahe, Germany

Clear, cool, restrained nose, citrus and stone fruit, mineral and delicate dried vegetal notes. Clear, firm and sweet on the palate, polished, elegant, juicy fruit, vegetal and herbaceous traces, prominent mineral notes, firm structure, still young, some green apple and sugar candy in the background, persistent, some depth, fairly cool, tranquil style, hint of red berries, very good juicy finish.
