2016 Niederhausen Hermannshöhle Riesling Spätlese, Nahe, Germany

Cool, fairly elegant nose, light vegetal, herbaceous and mineral notes, restrained stone fruit and some citrus notes, green apples. Light-bodied, cool, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, integrated sweetness, lively, elegant acidity, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, very light floral traces, touch of sugar candy, mineral notes in the background, good grip, quite vibrant, still undeveloped, light tannic touch, salty notes, some bite on a very good, fairly firm, cool, ju8icy finish.
