The estate is located in the municipality of Müllheim (Markgräflerland area) in the German wine-growing region to bathe, The history goes back to the year 1411. Today it is run by Hermann Dörflinger. He was one of the first to produce wines fermented in Baden. The vineyards cover 20 hectares of vineyards in the Pfaffenstück vineyards, Reggenhag and Sonnhalde (Müllheim), as well Römerberg (Sorry). 70% of them are planted with the white varieties Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Gutedel, Silvaner, Nobling and Müller-Thurgau, and 30% with Pinot Noir. The residual sugar is noted on the label. 130,000 bottles of wine are produced annually.
