2015 Nobling Extra Brut, Baden, Germany

Nool nose, light yeasty and vegetal notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, hint of mushrooms. Tranquil, slightly creamy and slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, moderate mousse, some buttery and nutty aromas, more yeasty notes, some persistence and substance, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, hint of mushrooms, delicate grip, good to very good sweetish finish.
