2017 Badenweiler Römerberg Gutedel trocken, Baden, Germany

Cool, fairly fresh but also fairly shy nose, light herbaceous notes, citrus fruit, floral traces, hint of mushrooms. Youthful, straightforward fruit on the palate, lively, elegant acidity, hint of mushrooms and caraway seed, fairly persistent, delicately creamy, salty and earthy notes on a good finish.
