Nutty notes on the nose, light partly dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, light yellow fruit. Youthful, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, still very slightly yeasty and cheesy, lively, elegant acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, fairly persistent, some bite, delicate grip, mineral notes in the background, very delicate hint of bacon, prominent citrus notes, hint of red berries, good to very good floral finish.
