2001 Winningen Uhlen Riesling Roth Lay, Mosel, Germany

Comes with the smell of candied citrus fruits, peaches and herbs, slightly botrytisnotes and very present cool minerality. Very juicy fruit with delicate acidity, slightly spicy, again rather cool, but very present minerality, great structure, long lasting on the palate, a lot of fat, strength and substance, considerable length. Needs to mature.
