2002 Riesling Trockenbeerenauslese von blauem Schiefer, Mosel, Germany

Highly concentrated, intense and complex aroma of dried apricots and peaches, candied fruit and caramel. Concentrated and racy in the mouth, extremely concentrated, with razor-sharp acidity and prominent mineral notes on the palate, incredibly complex layers of flavours, gripping, breathtakingly racy, confusing and never-ending long finish.
