Aromas of ripe citrus fruit and stone fruit with fine vegetal flavours, floral nuances, a little black berries, minerality and hints of yellow spice. Ripe, juicy, sweetish fruit with tart yellow spice and clear minerality, fine acidity, some grip, a hint of candy on the palate, herbal, vegetal and floral nuances, again black berry tones, persistent, certain depth, very good, sweetish-juicy, spicy and again mineral finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Straffer, ziemlich würziger, etwas pfeffriger und leicht kräuteriger Duft nach Apfel-Sellerie-Püree mit nussigen Anklängen, Steinobst und Zitrusfrüchten, ein wenig Kandis, Tabak und recht deutlicher Mineralik. Süßlich-saftige Frucht nach Zitrusfrüchten und herbem Steinobst mit kräuterigen und hefigen Aromen, wieder Sellerie und auch hefigen Tönen, lebendige Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, ein wenig Kandis, deutlich mineralische Anklänge, eigentlich noch völlig unfertig, aber mit viel Zug, sehr guter Abgang.
