2013 Riesling Auslese Schieferterrassen, Mosel, Germany

Tart herbaceous-vegetable nose of dried and candied citrus fruits with some stone fruit and green apple as well as mineral tones. Clear, very sweet, partly candied fruit, clear herb-mineral spiciness, dried herbs and black berries in the background, some tobacco, dense and persistent, very light tannin, lively acidity, a hint of liquorice in the background, very good, sweet, delicately spicy and very mineral finish
