Translate to English Kühler und herber, deutlich kräuterig-pflanzlicher, wachsiger und petroliger Duft mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, etwas Wurzelgemüse und einer Spur Honig. Reife, mürbe, süßliche Frucht im Mund, deutlich vegetabil und mit bitterlichen Gewürzaromen, hefig am Gaumen, etwas Honig und Wachs, feine Säure, pfeffrige Nuancen im Hintergrund, erdige Mineralik, etwas reifer Gerbstoff sorgt für Griff, Feigentöne im Hintergrund, gewisse Wärme und leicht spürbarer Alkohol, tabakige Ansätze, gute Tiefe, auch im sehr guten Abgang warm.
