2014 Hatzenport Kirchberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Mosel, Germany

Still a little restless, yet firmer and deeper, clearly yeasty, dried herbal, smoky and tobacco, very mineral aroma with tart yellow fruit and very light black berry and tobacco aromas. Ripe, juicy, quite cool fruit, some dried herbal and very delicate old woody spice, very fine, lively acidity, mellow tannin, deep and persistent on the palate, clear minerality and still yeasty nuances, gripping, tart, excellent substance and depth, blackcurrant notes, quite complex, still little developed, very good to long finish.
