Yeasty nose, prominent earthy and mineral notes, hint of tobacco, yellow fruit, delicate yellow spice, green pepper and candied floral aromas, hint of capers. Juicy, slightly off-dry, tart, spicy fruit on the palate, prominent earthy and mineral notes, hint of tobacco again, lively acidity, noticeable grip of ripe tannins, persistent and concentrated, peppery traces, hint of bacon, good substance and depth, very salty, delicate bitter touch, spicy and minerally on a firm, very juicy and very good finish.
