2015 Hatzenport Kirchberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Mosel, Germany

Clearly reductive nose, yeasty, light floral and nutty notes, prominent vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit, touch of soup greens, tarragon and a hint of tobacco. Ripe, juicy, partly dried fruit on the palate, nutty and yeasty notes, more soup greens, prominent earthy and mineral notes, persistent, gripping, noticeable, generally well integrated tannins, firm structure, tart style, hint of tobacco in the background, egg white, salt, prominent bite, still young, tart and spicy on a very good grippy, minerally, elegant and juicy finish.
