Fairly deep nose, prominent yeasty notes, nutty and dried vegetal notes, yellow fruit, floral, earthy and mineral notes. Firm, juicy and quite full-bodied ripe fruit on the palate, dried vegetal and herbaceous aromas, lively acidity, touch of carbon dioxide,ripe tannins provide grip, fairly prominent mineral notes, touch of yellow spice, some depth, herbs and spice, yeasty notes and some sugar candy on a very good firm, juicy, gripping finish.
